BOOKING T&C'S
APPOINTMENTS:
Are available some weekdays, evenings and weekends. On average there is a 8 week lead time for appointments depending on the time of the year so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

BOOKINGS:
Please book your appointment on our online booking system and ensure you are able to confirm your booking with a £50 booking fee for new treatments. Upon booking you will receive some pre-procedure advice detailing some do's & don'ts prior to treatment, if there are any medical conditions please inform Leanne so she can ensure you are suitable for the procedure, please refer to the list below for procedure suitability and some of the key points of the pre treatment advice and aftercare. If you have any questions please get in touch.
All booking fees are redeemed against the cost of treatment.
Please note booking fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule an appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. The booking fee may be transferred twice only.

CANCELLATION:
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment your £50 booking fee is forfeited and taken as a cancellation fee. This is due to the substantial amount of time it takes for the treatment, and the likelihood of being able to fill the space at such short notice. A new £50 booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
If you miss or cancel your complimentary touch up without 48 hours notice you will be required to pay £50 to rebook.

NO SHOW POLICY:
Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment.

PREVIOUS PMU:
If you have previous work please ensure you send clear photos for review before booking a new treatment, in most cases we can work over old PMU. If the shape is very unsymmetrical or colouring is too dark you may need removal first.

PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE AND AFTERCARE
Pre-Treatment
Do not consume any alcohol, paracetamol, aspirin, green tea, or similar blood thinning substances in the 48 hours prior to your appointment (Do not discontinue any normal medications without consulting your Doctor). Avoid sun exposure/sun beds for 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment. Do not exercise the day of your appointment and avoid caffeine.
Avoid any chemical peels, use of any Retin A or AHA skincare products 4 weeks prior to your appointment. If you are having a brow treatment it is recommended you wash your hair before your appointment as you will need to keep the area dry for 1 week.

Aftercare
You will receive an aftercare pack once your treatment has been completed but here are some of the main points.
WHILE YOUR SKIN HEALS, BE PREPARED FOR THE COLOUR INTENSITY TO BE SIGNIFICANTLY GREATER, SHARPER, BRIGHTER, OR DARKER than what is expected for the final outcome. This is a normal and expected result of the application and healing process. The healing process will take a number of days to complete, depending on how quickly the outer layer of your skin exfoliates and your cell turnover rate. The true healed colour of the treatment can take a few weeks to show through the healing layers of skin. Avoid getting the area wet. Do not put makeup directly over the treated area for 10 days. Do not pick the treated area. Avoid swimming, sweating, tanning and saunas for at least 14 days.
